Areas of Practice

  • Personal and commercial matters

Life is complicated; legal matters can be merely problematic or quite thorny. We handle matters ranging from simple name changes to complicated contractual problems, in and out of court, on an hourly fee basis.

  • Workers’ Compensation

When you are injured on the job, you have certain legal rights and may be entitled to compensation as a result. We advocate for you before the Workers’ Compensation Administration, enforcing your legal rights to indemnity and medical benefits. The attorney fees for representation in these proceedings are subject to the provisions of the Workers’ Compensation Law. If you have a Workers’ Compensation matter, please complete our workers' compensation form. If you do not hear from us within 2 business days, please call the office.

  • Personal injury, wrongful death

When a person has been injured or killed, that person could be entitled to monetary damages. These matters are handled on a contingency-fee basis; we do not collect attorney fees on an injury claim unless we collect money for you. If you need assistance in a personal injury matter, please complete our personal injury form. If you do not hear from us within 2 business days, please call the office.
